AIChE Tutoring & Study Groups
Find-Ask Program

Welcome to the OSU|AIChE Tutoring Program. This program is headed by our Tutor Coordinator, Kendra Seniow. This is designed to connect students with each other in order to be more successful in school. If you have questions, comments, or suggestions (such as a special session specific to a certain upcoming test or skill) send them to Kendra seniowk@onid.orst.edu.

Tutoring

Stuck on a problem? If you are a Freshman or Sophomore (or maybe junior, too) in Chemical/Biological/Environmental Engineering there is help.
Several juniors and seniors have expressed willingness to help whenever asked by underclassmen. All you have to do is find them or send them an email.

This program is best for you when...

    • Don't know where to start on a problem
    • Are stuck on a certain part of a problem
    • Need calculator/Excel help
    • Free for all questions of the above nature

Who are the tutors?

    • Refer to "Volunteer Tutor" list below

How to contact volunteer tutors

    • Find them in the Gleeson lounge/entry way, computer lab (Gleeson 002) or library/conference room (Gleeson 306)
    • Send them a message using the email address listed
    • Contact Kendra and she can help you track them down
Other options
All colleges and departments have their own systems for tutoring, including the Mole Hole for chemistry and the Math Learning Center. A comprehensive list of tutoring resources by department can be found at http://success.oregonstate.edu/tutoring.html.
