The plan this year is to implement an innovative approach to design in Formula SAE by starting a collaborative process with BA Ravensburg of Germany. The collaboration is still in preliminary stages, but by 2010 the two teams will be working together to design one car. To help join the two formula teams, the OSU Formula SAE is developing an engine that will be used by both, while simultaneously completing and testing the 2008 car.
