- Check-in: Check-in starts at 7:00pm. Graduates MUST check in by
7:15pm on the day of graduation. OR YOU DON'T WALK
How do I register?
EECS students who wish to participate in the School of EECS Graduation
MUST register before the deadline:
May 31st, 2008. Registration is done via this
eletronic registration form.
Will I receive my diploma?
We cannot hand out diplomas since this is not the
official OSU ceremony.
However, we will hand out a certificate.
Where are my tickets?
Guests do not need to have a ticket to attend the ceremony.
How many guests can I bring?
For those who register on time there is no limit to the number of guests. The
registration page asks for an estimate of the number of guests so we can plan
appropriately. We will limit the number of guests for those who register late
based on availible space.
How large is the ceremony?
Approximately 700 guests and students.
Do we still attend commencement on Sunday?
The EECS graduation is completely separate from the OSU Commencement; you can
go to either one, or neither of them, or both.
What should I wear?
- Students: Cap and gown
- Graduate students must buy a hood.
- Guests: Business casual
Where do I get my gown?
The Office of the Registrar should send every graduating senior a packet of
information regarding graduation. See the
