Article I
Name
The name of this organization is the Oregon State University Student Chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery.
Article II
Purpose
The OSU Student Chapter of the ACM is dedicated to providing services to three groups:
* The OSU computer science department, by bringing prestige and academic excellence the exemplary performance of its student body;
* The computer science student body, by providing opportunities to excel, through contests and activities;
* And to the members of the chapter, by providing leadership opportunities.
