The 2018 Engineers Without Borders National Conference is one of EWB's signature events, where members and volunteers come together to collaborate with each other to share and learn new ideas. 12 EWB-OSU members attended the EWB conference in San Francisco at the Hyatt Regency Hotel. We were able to attend some amazing presentations including our amazing Nicaragua team whom presented their Nicaragua, Los Potrerillos accomplishments. This amazing event allowed us to connect with other EWB groups with similar projects, problems, or just because which we will build on throughout the future to become more successful. Everyone can tell you this event is was exciting, informational, and beneficial for the chapter and for us as individuals. Additionally our president, Rachel Yonamine received the Founders Award at that conferences.
