Impact Reports

Impact reports are due May 31 by midnight

If you fail to submit these forms, it will be reflected in your Annual Funding Request

Information about the impact report will be provided, you MUST use the templates provided. It includes 4 documents as follows

1 instruction sheet for how to fill out the impact report

1 form for the school heads. This should include information about your club such as how many people have been showing up to meetings, and funding information.

1 form for donors. This will be more picture description based.
