OSU ASCE likes to have fun too! The chapter hosts a variety of social activities for its members, including the following:

  • Willamette Wednesdays (Happy Hours) with the Willamette Valley Younger Members Group (WVYMG) of ASCE
  • CE (Civil Engineering) vs. CEM (Construction Engineering Management) Basketball Games
  • CE (Civil Engineering) vs. AE (Architectural Engineering) Volleyball Games
  • Game Nights
  • Officer Transition Dinner, for incoming officers to learn more about their new responsibilities and help the transfer of officer knowledge.
  • Officer Retreat (often to the Oregon Coast), for officer bonding and planning/goal setting for the year ahead
  • Field trips
  • Bowling Nights with AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction)
